Psychology and Cognitive Neuroscience and Psychology (Undergraduate)
Welcome to Psychology and Cognitive Neuroscience and Psychology at Manchester, and congratulations on getting the grades you needed to join us.
We're really excited to welcome you to the BSc Psychology or BSc Cognitive Neuroscience and Psychology programme. Throughout your degree, you will engage in a wide range of approaches to teaching and learning designed to give you the opportunity to develop your critical evaluation and independent thinking skills. You will be taught by subject specialists, many of whom are national and international experts in their fields.
You will study diverse themes from across the modern discipline of psychology and cognitive neuroscience, and we'll also provide you with study skills and careers support, preparing you to work in the wide range of professions and sectors open to psychology graduates.
We also have an excellent system of academic support, as well as an award-winning peer support scheme. In the first few weeks of your course, you will get to know the member of staff who will be your Academic Advisor, and who you will meet with regularly.
Congratulations again - we look forward to meeting you and welcoming you to Manchester in September.
