Dental defence organisations

We strongly recommend that you join a dental defence organisation.

Student membership offers various benefits such as dento-legal advice, book discounts, elective support, and sponsorship of student events.

There are three main organisations: 

• Dental Defence Union (DDU)
• Medical and Dental Defence Union of Scotland (MDDUS)
• Dental Protection

The organisations will visit students throughout the programme to offer further information about registration and membership.
